Most of Addis's growth has come in the last fifteen years or so, and that means lots of newer homes that came with a basic builder driveway and a small back slab. Many subdivisions here have HOA rules, so we check covenants before planning an extension or a new patio. The land is flat, low river bottom, with heavy clay soils that hold water and shift with the seasons, so we pay close attention to compaction and base prep. Drainage runs to subdivision ditches, ponds and canals, and some lots sit lower than their neighbors, which makes the grade of any new slab important. On the older side of town near the railroad and along LA 1, there are larger lots where people want room for shops and parking.

My subdivision has an HOA. Do I need their approval before you pour?
Many Addis HOAs do require approval for driveway or patio changes. We'll help you put together the details your HOA asks for.
Do you put wire mesh in your concrete?
Not by default. Every pour is a 3,500 PSI mix with fiber included. For driveways that will carry commercial vehicles, heavy trailers or RVs, we recommend adding steel highway mesh or rebar.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through HFS Financial.
Do I need rebar or wire mesh?
Fiber is in every pour. If a driveway will see commercial vehicles, heavy trailers or RVs, we recommend adding steel highway mesh or rebar, quoted as an add-on.
How does payment work?
10% deposit to get scheduled, 50% the morning of install, and the balance upon completion.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We finance through HFS Financial, our sole financing partner. Checking your rate is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.
