Real 2026 pricing from Parish Concrete Contractors for driveways, patios, shop pads and slabs, including what is in the price and what costs extra.
Our broom-finish concrete is priced by the size of the slab. The bigger the pour, the lower the price per square foot. These prices are for typical residential properties with limited grade changes.
| Slab size | Broom finish |
|---|---|
| Under 600 sq ft | $8.15 / sq ft |
| 600–800 sq ft | $7.45 / sq ft |
| 800–1,000 sq ft | $7.00 / sq ft |
| 1,000–1,750 sq ft | $6.60 / sq ft |
| 1,750+ sq ft | $6.05 / sq ft |
There is a $2,500 minimum job. The concrete plant charges a light load fee on deliveries under 6 yards, so small pours cost more per foot to deliver.
| Add-on | Price |
|---|---|
| Tear-out and haul-off of existing concrete | $3.50 / sq ft ($500 minimum) |
| Campers, RVs, boats or trailers parked on it | +$1.25 / sq ft |
| Stained finish | +$7 / sq ft |
| Stamped & stained finish | +$27 / sq ft |
| Steel highway mesh or rebar | Quoted by your project manager |
Properties with extensive grade changes need custom pricing. Rebar is not included in the base price. If a slab will carry commercial vehicles, heavy trailers or RVs, we recommend adding steel highway mesh or rebar, and your project manager quotes it at the walkthrough.
