Driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs in Geismar. A commercial 3,500 PSI mix with fiber goes into every pour.
Pour it once, pour it right. One firm price in writing, usually the same day we walk it.
Book My Free WalkthroughGeismar sits along the Mississippi River in Ascension Parish, best known for the chemical plants on the river and the neighborhoods that have grown up around Dutchtown. We pour driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs across Geismar.
Geismar is two places in one: the plant corridor along River Road and Highway 30, and the subdivisions that have filled in around Highway 73 and Highway 74 near Dutchtown. A lot of homeowners here work shift schedules at the plants, so a fast, predictable project matters. Soil is heavy river-influenced clay that drains slowly, and many newer neighborhoods have curbs and HOA rules while older lots nearer the river and on the rural roads have open ditches and more room. Plenty of folks here also bring work trucks and trailers home, so driveways and pads often have to be built for real loads. We look at your grade, your ditch or curb, and your HOA requirements before we price anything.
Geismar is unincorporated, so building permits go through Ascension Parish Government's permitting office. Driveways onto state routes like Highway 30, 73 or 74 may need a Louisiana DOTD driveway permit.
We handle the permits, HOA approval and 811 locates for you.

On a job with this many moving parts, something will eventually go sideways. When it does, you call your project manager and it gets handled. If it is bigger than that, I come look at it myself.

Every pour is a commercial 3,500 PSI mix with fiber, included automatically. Most bids pour 3,000 and charge extra for fiber.
For most projects, one total price in writing the same day we walk it.
No mid-job price changes unless the scope changes. If we under quoted the job, we eat it.
