Driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs in Livingston. A commercial 3,500 PSI mix with fiber goes into every pour.
Pour it once, pour it right. One firm price in writing, usually the same day we walk it.
Book My Free WalkthroughThe Town of Livingston is the parish seat of Livingston Parish, home to the courthouse and the LIGO observatory just outside town. We pour driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs for homeowners in and around Livingston.
Livingston is a small town surrounded by piney woods and rural land, so most properties here are bigger lots with open ditches, gravel drives and space for shops and outbuildings. Older homes in town often have driveways and walkways that have cracked or settled, while newer homes are going up on acreage outside town. Soils in this part of the parish tend to be silty and sandy loam over clay, which drains better than the heavy clay down in Ascension but can still get soft when it rains for days. Being farther from the Amite River, much of the town fared better than Denham Springs in 2016, but low spots and creek bottoms still took water. We check drainage and base on every walkthrough.
Inside town limits, start with the Town of Livingston; properties outside town limits fall under the Livingston Parish permit office, which also handles culvert installation permits.
We handle the permits, HOA approval and 811 locates for you.

On a job with this many moving parts, something will eventually go sideways. When it does, you call your project manager and it gets handled. If it is bigger than that, I come look at it myself.
