Driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs in Walker. A commercial 3,500 PSI mix with fiber goes into every pour.
Pour it once, pour it right. One firm price in writing, usually the same day we walk it.
Book My Free WalkthroughWalker sits along I-12 in the middle of Livingston Parish, one of the fastest-growing towns in the area. We pour driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs across Walker for families moving in and settling down.
Walker's growth has brought a steady stream of new subdivisions along Walker Road, Walker South Road and the corridors heading north toward Highway 16 and Highway 447. Those neighborhoods often come with HOA rules and builder-grade concrete that people want to widen or extend. Older parts of town and the rural lots outside city limits have ditches, gravel drives and bigger yards. Parts of Walker flooded in 2016 when the Amite and the creeks feeding it rose, so drainage and elevation are part of every conversation. Soil is mostly clay and silty loam that stays soft when wet, which is why we build up and compact the base before pouring. New-construction lots can also hide soft spots where fill was pushed in quickly, so we probe the ground before we set forms. That way the slab is sitting on something solid, not just something flat.
Inside city limits, the City of Walker handles building permits. Outside city limits, the Livingston Parish permit office handles building and culvert permits.
We handle the permits, HOA approval and 811 locates for you.

On a job with this many moving parts, something will eventually go sideways. When it does, you call your project manager and it gets handled. If it is bigger than that, I come look at it myself.

From the walkthrough to the last sweep, one project manager runs your pour.
We measure the pour, shoot the grade and look at where water goes today.
One total price in writing, usually the same day we walk it.
Permits, HOA approval and 811 locates are our calls to make.
Excavation, forms and expansion joints where required, then 3,500 PSI with fiber.
We walk the finished pour with you before we call it done.
Usually, yes. We tie the new section into the existing slab and match the grade so water doesn't collect at the seam. We'll tell you on the walkthrough if the old slab is in good enough shape to keep.
Check your covenants or architectural review form, and send it to us. We'll build the proposal around the requirements so your approval goes smoothly.
Fiber is in every pour. If a driveway will see commercial vehicles, heavy trailers or RVs, we recommend adding steel highway mesh or rebar, quoted as an add-on.
10% deposit to get scheduled, 50% the morning of install, and the balance upon completion.
Yes. We finance through HFS Financial, our sole financing partner. Checking your rate is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.
Free walkthrough, no obligation. For most projects your written proposal arrives the same day.
“Concrete is the one thing in your yard you cannot redo cheaply, so we pour it right the first time.”
