Driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs in Zachary. A commercial 3,500 PSI mix with fiber goes into every pour.
Pour it once, pour it right. One firm price in writing, usually the same day we walk it.
Book My Free WalkthroughZachary has grown fast, largely because families move here for the schools, and new subdivisions keep going in off LA 19, LA 64 and Plank Road. Parish Concrete Contractors pours driveways, patios, shop pads and concrete slabs in Zachary and across northern East Baton Rouge Parish.
Much of Zachary is newer construction, so a lot of our conversations here are about extending a builder-grade driveway, adding a parking pad or turning a small back stoop into a real patio. Newer subdivisions often have HOA rules on driveway width, finishes and how far a slab can extend, so it's worth checking your covenants before you decide on a design. Outside the subdivisions, you still have rural lots with long drives and room for a shop. The ground here is mostly clay and silt loam that drains slowly after a hard rain, and new-construction lots are sometimes built up with fill that needs to be properly compacted before any slab goes down. We look at the existing grade, the downspouts and where the yard drains so a new slab doesn't send water back toward the house.
The City of Zachary runs its own inspections and planning & zoning offices, and residential work inside city limits goes through them. If your drive connects to a state route like LA 19 or LA 64, an LA DOTD access permit may also apply.
We handle the permits, HOA approval and 811 locates for you.

On a job with this many moving parts, something will eventually go sideways. When it does, you call your project manager and it gets handled. If it is bigger than that, I come look at it myself.
